Beetroot Brownies - Sharon's Crap Kitchen
I think it's clear at this point that I'm not an expert in the kitchen... so I thought this time I would try to follow an actual recipe from someone who knows what they're doing. Results are... interesting. If you do decide to cook these, bear in mind that they do not stay fresh for very long, possibly due to the lack of oil and sugar. They're best the day they're baked, so I hope you like beetroot.
