The Worst Foundation I've Ever Tried

This is a first impression review of the Tarte Clay Stick foundation and OH DEAR LORD it's horrbile. To give you some context, I have extremely oily skin and it's normal for me that a foundation will look shiny at the end of the day, but this was next level. We have a veritable smorgasbord of bad things happening on my face - separating, flakiness, shininess and areas where it's rubbed clean off. Yes ladies and gents, I think this may be the worst foundation I've ever tried.

Maybelline 3 Day Brow Tattoo Review

My eyebrows are pretty much invisible naturally and if I'm honest, I hate filling in my brows. It's the greatest chore of my daily makeup routine, so any product that promises to reduce or even eliminate the need to fill in my brows every can shut up and take my money.

Jaw Surgery Update

I feel like I need to update you on my jaw surgery recovery because looking back at my last post about this, I seemed really down about the whole procedure. It's true that I wasn't elated to be so swollen - even though that was totally normal and expected - and I was still coming to terms with my new face, but I don't think I properly articulated the fact that I have zero regrets; it's just that I wasn't feeling great at that moment in time, only four weeks post surgery.

How To Fake Microbladed Eyebrows

In this video tutorial, I'm going to show you how to use eyebrow pens to give a crisp eyebrow tattoo effect. Brow pens give a defined and realistic effect that's also very long-wearing, with most formulas being waterproof. The application technique is a little different to other products and takes a bit of practice to perfect.

How To: 5 Minute GHD Waves for Short Hair

My hair has been short for over two years now and I've learned a couple of things in that time. First is that you really need to style short hair; unless you're blessed with gorgeous wavy texture or curls, short hair can look a little dowdy if not styled. Second is that it's a helluva lot quicker to style short hair than long so at least we have that going for us.

Beetroot Brownies - Sharon's Crap Kitchen

I think it's clear at this point that I'm not an expert in the kitchen... so I thought this time I would try to follow an actual recipe from someone who knows what they're doing. Results are... interesting. If you do decide to cook these, bear in mind that they do not stay fresh for very long, possibly due to the lack of oil and sugar...

Cauliflower Crust Pizza - Sharon's Crap Kitchen

Welcome to Sharon's crap kitchen! I've been toying around with the idea of doing cooking videos on my channel for so long now, and today I'm finally doing it. And even though I got about a million requests from my followers on Instagram to do this while drunk - not today. We started filming at about 10 am and as much as I love a glass of Chardonnay, that's a tad early, even  for me...

A PM Skincare Routine

I titled this post 'A PM Skincare Routine' as apposed to 'My PM Skincare Routine' because right now, I don't really have a routine. I get sent a lot of skincare products to try so I'm constantly testing out news stuff and swapping out this for that. Think of today's video as more a 'sample menu'; a selection of products that I think work well to remove a full face of makeup and prepare my skin bed...

A Day In The Life...

It's a vlog! Follow me around as I get my eyebrows done by the founder of Billion Dollar Brows, plant my herb garden and potter around the house. Sounds exiting eh?  OK, not the most riveting subject matter but I LOVE watching these videos on other peoples channels, and I don't know why....

A Chatty First Impression of the Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

Fair warning guys, this is a helluva video. It's been quite a while since we've sat down together for a chat so I wanted my first video back to be casual and rambly. I've been away from the internet for nearly two months due to jaw surgery (you can rear more about that here) and my annual trip back home to Ireland...
